6iC Studios is a creative hub built by Khari Hankton — blending music, mindset, and storytelling to inspire personal growth.
We create products that help artists, readers, and dreamers develop consistency and belief in themselves — from vocal presets and sound tools to motivational books and children’s stories.

2.How long does shipping take for physical products?

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location but typically takes 5–10 business days within the U.S.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

3.Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently offer international shipping to most countries.

Shipping times and rates vary by location and will be displayed during checkout.

4.How do I download my digital products?

After purchasing a digital product (like a vocal preset, sound pack, or eBook), you’ll receive an instant download link via email.

Make sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes.

5.Are refunds or returns available?

We want every customer to be satisfied, due to the nature of our products, please review the policy below carefully:


  • Digital Products (Vocal Presets, Sound Packs, eBooks):

    All digital purchases are final sale. Because files are instantly accessible after purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any digital products.
    If product does not download correctly IT will send over hard files for purchased digital products

  • Physical Products (Books, Apparel, or Merchandise):

    Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

    To qualify for a replacement, please email fspm6ic@gmail.com

If your tracking number says “delivered” but you didn’t receive your item, please check with your local post office or delivery carrier first.
